Ive worked both. Seven years now and Ive seen bare different scenes. Small towns look quiet but theyve got their own mad energy. Everyone knows everyone which means your client network can be rock solid if youre smart.
Big city like Brum? Yeah loads more clients. But also loads more competition. Means you gotta work harder to stand out. In a small place youre the only game in town sometimes.
Safety is proper different too. Small town means clients are more careful. Theyre worried about gossip. Big city blokes can be more anonymous which sounds good but actually makes em more unpredictable.
My advice? Nah im not giving advice. Just sharing what ive seen. Every worker finds their own path innit. Some love the big city rush some prefer knowing half the town by first name.
Dont believe the instagram fantasy either way. Sex work is work. Some days are mint some days are shite no matter where youre grafting.
