ok so i guess im really doing this. writing about being an escort in limerick. its weird bc i never thought id be here but here i am. first month has been wild and honestly nothing like i expected.
biggest surprise is how normal everything feels most of the time. like people think its all drama and danger but its mostly just work. boring sometimes even. i meet clients, we chat, we do what we agreed, i get paid. thats basically it.
safety is huge tho. i wasnt naive coming in. i got good systems with checking in with friends, using screening apps, being super clear about boundaries. some clients are great, some are weird. just gotta trust yr instincts.
money is better than my last job waiting tables. way better. and i control my own schedule which is amazing. no manager telling me when to show up. just me deciding what works for me.
not gonna lie its not all perfect. some days are harder. but im learning and figuring it out. this is just my story i guess. might write more later if people are interested.
